As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote I had heard great things about this school before attending. It didn't take long to find out how horribly wrong they were. The staff is incompetent at best. They are completely blind to the real problems in the school such as drugs and criminal activity but quick to punish innocent students for things like taking too long in the bathroom. Lockers were unavailable and most of the school was under heavy construction. I was greeted each morning by the smell of sulphur, loud clanking of machinery, and unwelcoming grimaces from teachers and principals. The school-funded dances are a joke to say the least. All the students are jammed in the gym and there is no refreshments anywhere. This was very surprising considering the tickets were over thirty dollars each. I would like to think that after the school is done with construction it will get better but the chances are slim to none. I have never been more appalled by unproffessionalism than I was attending this school. I suffered a concussion playing football for their team. I brought the helmet to my doctor who was a concussion specialist to find that the helmet was faulty. Nobody followed up asking how I was when I was out of the game and I even had a teacher accuse me of faking to get attention. If there was a lower rating I'd be quick to give it. If you care about your children's happiness you will reconsider sending them here. Close Quote

Open Quote An absolutely wonderful school that just keeps getting better and better. As the test scores show, liberty has finally reached the same level of students meeting or exceeding the standard in testing as skyline and issaquah. The whole community will benefit from a brand new liberty in a couple of years. Our family is looking forward to attending one of the top 2% of high schools in the state. Congrats liberty staff on a job well done. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
