East Irondequoit Middle School is a public middle school serving 676 students in grades 6-8 in the East Irondequoit Central School District in Rochester, NY. The school has consistently ranked in the bottom half of New York middle schools over the past five years and faces significant challenges in academic performance, particularly for its more disadvantaged student populations.

East Irondequoit Middle School's performance on state assessments is significantly below state averages.
