Christian Education Leadership Academycela

This school is a disgrace to the words "Christian" and "leadership". How can you teach any leadership or Christian values when the "Christian leaders" of the school parade the idea of community yet drive away quality teachers through poor pay, poor hours, a prison-like work environment, little to no job benefits, saying they offer excellent health care just to put their teachers in Obamacare, and going so far as to terminate teachers at the end of every school year to get out of paying them their salary over the summer. There are many more unethical issues but that's a start. The teachers themselves are caring, but their is no admin support for disciplining difficult students as they are afraid to lose any more families. Many students have more siblings then classmates. If you have a son who is high energy, -run, run fast, as they do not know how to teach outside of the traditional "sit, memorize, test, repeat" model... And if that doesn't work, then at least in middle school, they'll give your child the answers to the tests in order to make the school look successful academically. If you are a potential family or teacher you need only ask around and will quickly discover in 7 short years this school has gained the worst reputation in the entire lake county area.
