As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote This school doesn't care about kids at all! When someone besides a parent was picking my child up from school, they didn't even have any staff outside to check the proper person was picking up my child and when I informed the principal she just said, "There's just so many kids." WOW, could she care less? One kid getting kidnapped by being picked up by the wrong person because no staff cared to check an ID is too many! I also had numerous problems with a first grade teacher and the principal who refused to teach my child at her level because she was actually ahead, instead of far, far behind like the majority of the students there. They actually lied to my face and told me they had her tested to skip a grade but said that she didn't pass the test. But the district office said no such testing was ever done. Another teacher within the district later evaluated my first grader as reading at a 4th grade level and told me she would have done just fine skipping a grade. When I finally disenrolled my child from this school to do an online homeschooling program through the district office, the school told me I couldn't pack up my daughter's own desk while the teacher was in the classroom and the other students were at lunch, threatened to call police when I proceeded to do so anyways, and screamed at me (and my 7 year old, 4 year old, and 1 year old children) until we left the school with only part of her belongings. This is truly a terrible, terrible school! Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
