As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote At first I thought this was a good school until I realized that some of the teachers don't really care about the students education. I had some concerns about how this teacher was grading the test and work she gives out. When I told the teacher what my concerns about some the papers she had graded she explained that on the papers she graded what she felt was important and not all the questions on the paper and I told her that was not fair to the student for her not to grade all the questions on the test and the teacher said that she doesn't grade every piece of work or question that students turn in and that's when I said that is a really big concern for me because how can determine what areas a student has a problem in if your not grading everything and that's when she said that she has been a teacher for 17 years and no teacher grades everything that would take to much time if every teacher graded everything. So when I finished talking to her I call back up to the school to talk to the guidance counselor at 8:15 am I was told she was in a meeting and she didn't call me back until 3:00pm that day and she informed me that she had already spoken to the teacher and that since she was an insider she understood what the teacher was saying from and since I was an outsider that I didn't understand, that the teacher had been teaching for a long time and that's how all the teachers in that department grades. So when I called the next morning at 9:30 am to speak to the school principal I was told he was not in his office so I left my cell and my home number and that I was calling about my student and he didn't even care enough to call me back. So if you have any students that go to this school please go over their work with them to make sure everything is graded like it should so you can ensure that your child is getting the best education that they deserve. About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
