Open Quote As a Board of Trustee member and alumni parent I am amazed at the dedication the families, faculty and administration have towards the school. Always working as a team, they make Grey Nun Academy a very special, welcoming place. Many faculty and admin support have an impressive 15-20+ years of service reinforcing GNA's exceptional educational values. For years GNA was known as the best kept secret in Bucks County, proud to be the only private, catholic school in the county. GNA is graduating the 41st class this year and the graduates have been admitted to their first choice high school. A 50th year celebration is being planned for 2013. The recent sale event has changed the dynamic only slightly, GNA remains the same welcoming and bonded education community that all parents, including alumni parents can appreciate. Close Quote

Open Quote As a current parent of a Grey Nun Academy student, I can honestly say that this school has met and exceeded all of my expectations. Initially I was drawn to GNA because of small class sizes, differentiated learning, Catholic values and their strong academic reputation. All of those expectations have been met so I am pleased, but equally if not more important, my child is HAPPY and thriving! The environment at GNA is truly one that is nurturing and loving from the adminstration to the families. Close Quote

Open Quote I am a parent of 4 children at GNA. We have been at the school for 8 years and could not be happier. It provides a caring, nurturing environment while delivering a top-notch academic curriculum. The students are challenged while being supported. Graduates of GNA are accepted into the finest high schools in the area. Close Quote

Open Quote I searched for, researched and visited all the local schools in the area and GNA by far was the most impressive. Now that my children attend the academy, I know I made the right choice. The faculty and academics are excellent and I really like the individual attention my children receive to help them succeed. The environment is conducive to learning, as well as being one to establish a sense of community within my children and our family. Children spend more time at school than at home throughout the year and this is the best place they can be! Close Quote

Open Quote Grey Nun Academy is a wonderful school. My children have absolutely blossomed socially and have thrived in their academic studies. The academics are excellent but it is also the social values that the school instills in the students that has made this school such a perfect fit for our family. It really feels like a second home to my children and I feel blessed to have found such a great school. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
