As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote It’s been a year or two but when we were there it was a Horrible experience.. It’s a very unwelcoming environment they claim to be such a great community but that’s b.s unless you’re just like them. Some wonderful teachers but for the most part not so good and they show such blatant favoritism. the kids at least in my child’s class were bullies but since their parents were wealthy and “popular” nothing was ever done about it luckily my child was a good student so they got by but we’re so happy to be out of there Close Quote

Open Quote Raleigh Hills is probably a decent school if you're wealthy and white, but if you're lower income or minority you and your family will feel like second class citizens.

Technology school? This Emperor has no clothes. The school prides itself on being a Technology focused school, but this is true if you and your family are already big into technology. If your child doesn't come from a technology rich home, technology class will involve sitting in front of a computer working on online lessons day after day, week after week, with no teacher interaction. The celebrated technology teacher, is a music teacher with a computer hobby. He spends class time huddled in the back of the class with the kids whose moms and dads and computer summer camps taught them technology. He does nothing to inspire the kids who don't have tech at home. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
