Omaha Christian Academy

We are devout Christians and I thought that my child would be gaining a Christian education but I was fooled they are merely indoctrinating students into christian nationalism. Politicians speak at the school and spout hatred and fear teachers tell students to go home and tell their parents they have to vote for certain politicians. Love, hope, charity, forgiveness, graciousness - all of those teachings of Jesus - don't expect your child to learn them at OCA. Kids are mercilessly bullied for being a child of immigrants or for being different. Administration is a joke. Actual science isn't taught in science class and I sincerely doubt any of the religious teachers have ever taken an actual theology course. The turnover of their faculty and staff is high and teachers pick their favorites. The tuition is over twice the cost of other religious schools and there is minimal parental involvement. Extracurricular activities are limited and their academics are below that of public schools.
