Open Quote My daughter went to Magnolia Speech School for preschool and kindergarten years. When she started she was 18 months behind developmentally. When she graduated and was ready for first grade, she was nearly 18 months ahead. We looked at schools all over the United States and talked to parents and educators. We found this jewel in Jackson, MS. The teachers and their assistants made learning so much fun that our daughter, wanted to go to school on the weekends. We relocated for this school and it was the one of the best decisions we ever made. The teachers and staff will be in our hearts until we die. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
