Open Quote South Boston Catholic Academy is such an amazing school. My son started in their Pre-k Program this year and I have been beyond impressed. They created the most amazing atmosphere for my son, even in the middle of a pandemic. Every day my son comes home and is happy, excited and has learned something new. The teachers are incredibly responsive to emails and questions I have, and Dr. Civian (The principle) Is in constant contact with parents! My son has grown and thrived so much while attending SBCA. I could not be happier with my choice of sending my kids here. Close Quote

Open Quote South Boston Catholic Academy is a wonderful environment for our daughters to learn and grow. The teachers are focused on the children's academic and personal growth. We know our daughters are challenged and learning day in and day out. We've recommend SBCA to many parents in the South Boston neighborhood and beyond. Families from the Seaport and Charlestown neighborhoods bring their children and its an anchor for why we remain in the South Boston community. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
