Saw some children are allowed to stay while sick and the owners leave it up to the parents to decide whether or not their child is well enough to attend school. Quite a large number of children crammed into one area at a time. Heard some really bad stories about this daycare from parents, employees and students. Close Quote

I have been working with children in a preschool setting for 15 years and have never witnessed a lack of a student sick policy at any school such as at PH - students vomiting, diarrhea, sinus infections, etc. I was told that the school leaves it up to the parents to determine if their child is too sick to attend. Since this center is used as a before and after care facility for local public schools, these students get sick from PH children. I contracted a horrible stomach virus in the short time I worked as a teacher at PHLP, and then my son did as well. I never returned to stay healthy and found other employment that has a student sick policy. Hopefully they have adopted and enforce a sick policy for their students and staff. Close Quote
