Bekidz (True Vine Bekidz)

The worst experience ever!!! They answer the phone unprofessionally with a "hello". The first time I disconnected the call thinking I called the wrong number. I called the same number back and again and answer of "hello". To clarify I had to ask if I had reached True Vine Christian Academy. Long story short, I wanted to use their pickup and after care services for my child/children. They requested we pay the academy a visit to get information and a packet to complete. The packet was completed, we had figures given to us on cost, and we even emailed all the paperwork back. We even made adjustments to the school schedule for one child to attend the morning class to fit with the services that we were led to believe we had no worries. Finally, I contacted the office to speak a specific person and she was no where around. I left messages only for her to never return my call but to speak with me when I followed up on my call the next morning. Stating she was out of the office and did alot of running. Needless to say we take care of more busines at this point a payment is needed. We were told that she would be there until 6 we had to secure the spot with a payment. We called only for there to be no answer. So I emailed and stated we called there was no answer and we will try in the morning. (Please remember everything was squared away we just needed to pay. I rearranged things to fit based off the assurance I received and today is Wed. School starts next Monday.) Only to receive a reply to my email to say I am sorry, I must have stepped away or been in the bathroom, we are not able to provide your child services..... True Vine Christian Academy...wow What is really sad is I never write reviews. I try to just let it go, but this was not right.
