Kingfisher Academy is fantastic. The staff is dedicated to making a school experience that is welcoming and positive and fun for children. Each child is treated as an individual and learning programs can be tailored to each child's needs, as the class sizes are small.

My son is flourishing at Kingfisher after a very difficult experience at a Montessori school. He is advanced in some areas and lacking in others, and Debbie and the teachers at Kingfisher have been amazing about updating us about his progress and working with him and with us to ensure that he gets everything he needs, both academically and emotionally.

There are many amenities nearby that the children can and do take advantage of, from the East Atlanta Library to numerous parks and greenspaces. The house is old, but it's decorated nicely and is a very comfortable, cozy school.

My son is happy and excited about getting up in the morning to go to school, and is allowed to be creative and share his enthusiasm for learning. We are completely happy with Kingfisher and will keep sending him there for as long as we can. Close Quote
