Open Quote Worked as Girls BB coach. First, they have no gym, so we are at the mercy of other gyms. Second, I, me personally, had arranged with the Boys and Girls Club to hold practice Sat/Tues/Thurs. I worked for FREE for 3 months prior to them starting their season to prepare girls who had NEVER played this game. I raised 1,500 for basketballs and other equipment. I gave rides to girls, feed them healthy snacks, and spent many hours trying to improve their skills. On our 3rd game, we were 0-3, this crazy mother of a player, who rarely came to practice, and couldn't shoot a basketball to save her life, mainly because she never came to the 3 month practices, started yelling at me about how bad I was and how it was my responsibility to cater around her time schedule for practice and teach her kid how to shoot. The A.D. "Napoleon" sitting right there let this women berate me. I wasn't having any of this , because I know how hard I worked. I gave crazy momma a piece of my mind, and she's lucky I didn't give her a piece of my fist! Of course they fired me. NOW they have no coach, maybe crazy momma should coach them since she is so smart, they have no practice plan, NOTHING!!! I was building them. and NOW, who knows. Mr. Baker was worthless, Principle Williams was worthless and A.D. Napoleon was double worthless. Offer sports without proper facility. Paid me under the table. I should file a lawsuit for that too. I am sure they violated state and federal 501c3 tax law by doing that. Total double standard for women coach as compared to the boys BB coach. Seems like to many head cases there. Anyway the "pastor" or founder, seems off to me. Couldn't put my finger on it, but it wouldn't surprise me.But wait, there's more. I get a text. from a parent that say's this. Coach Lisa,
Coach Francesco, AKA Napoleon, came to me(parent) after school and asked me to please please tell you not to come to the last two games. Apparently there are parents who are angry with you so much in fact, that there is fear for your safety as well as the children. I am not privy to what has caused their anger but I do trust coach when he told me to tell you not to come. I am begging you to please not come. I want no harm, verbal or otherwise, to come to you or other parents but most of all the children. If later whatever has come about, with these parents, turns out to be false or unsubstantiated I will be the first one to apologize. I just don't want to have to deal with another tragedy.
They just asked again that you please not come they don't want an incident. And I don't want an incident either so again I beg you please please please don't come.
If the parents of the children that attend this school are hatred filled psycho's how do you think the kids of those parents are??? JUST SAYIN.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
