Open Quote all i have to say, is that school amazes me. i went there for 4 months. wasnt suspended or in a fight. im white. im a female. im 13. &i went there in the 7th grade whichim now in 8th. and im not a good influence. i have a bad attitude and im a smartass. but the school treated me like i never made a mistake in my life. they didnt hold any of them against me. i learned my lesson. i got good grades. &met good people. yes, most students are black but that doesnt mean anything. i loved it. i will never forget mattie v rutherford alternative education center for as long as i live. i would love for my kid to attend there. i think every school should be just like mattie v.
