Open Quote This school has become a nightmare. Almost all the good teachers have abandoned the ship and the few good ones left are already planning on leaving. This school has failed to guarantee fundamental equal rights among students who attend brick and mortar and the ones in remote learning as a result of the pandemic. They blatantly exclude the remote learning students from extra credits, tutoring, and tests exemptions setting them apart from the rest. Teachers nag about online students without any care of who is listening. They have assumed that staying at home is somehow against them personally (or perhaps politically) and have made it their mission to discriminate and exclude students. They are a complete disappointment of a school now and would not recommend any decent family to ever set foot in this school. My kid is an excellent student so this has nothing to do with bad grades or revenge against anyone. We are counting the days for this nightmare to be over. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
