Open Quote Hi,

The Discovery Center School moved from Ocean Avenue to Fulton Avenue. They teach kindergarten through twelfth grade and have middle school and high school graduations each year. The program is college preparatory and the students are prepared to go on to the best schools and universities. It's affordable. There are no extra fees for enrichment classes such as music, art, animation and martial arts.

I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a caring, dedicated private school with a successful program.

Open Quote Hi,

I am the school bookkeeper and I have first-hand knowledge of the school. It is unique. First of all, it is small -- so far. But enrollment is gradually increasing.

Graduates have been accepted to the very best schools and universities.

The program is great, from strong academics to fun enrichment. Plus Ms. Taylor takes the students on field trips.

It's still affordable, too, and the administration never raises the tuition once someone is in.

Come check it out. (415) 724-7458

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
