Open Quote Excellent school with 100% college attendance rate. Couldn't be more impressed with the education and general community support that comes out of this school. Close Quote

Open Quote My older daughter is graduating this year and my younger daughter is returning for her third year. Kehillah has made a profound difference in their educational experience. The individual attention given to each student and the small class sizes (around 10 students) has allowed my children to excel. Kehillah offers a broad range of classes and tailors the curriculum to the student, and not the other way around. For someone like my older daughter who took five AP courses, and got the highest possible score on the standardized tests, got SAT scores in the top 1%, including a perfect score on the writing section, it gave her an opportunity that she would not have had in the local public school even with 4000 students. My other daughter is also an A student but is more interested in the arts. Kehillah offers her what she needs too. For my son, who will probably attend next year, it will give him the personalized attention he needs to overcome some of his learning differences. It will also allow him to pursue music in a program that caters the bands to the students rather than the other way around. Kehillah is about letting each student realize his or her potential rather than fitting a specific mold. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
