Elementary Schools in Coronado Unified

The Coronado Unified School District is home to two exceptional elementary schools: Coronado Village Elementary and Silver Strand Elementary. Both schools have consistently maintained high rankings and 5-star ratings from SchoolDigger, demonstrating their commitment to academic excellence.

Academically, both Coronado Village Elementary and Silver Strand Elementary outperform the district and state averages in Smarter Balanced Assessments for English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics, as well as the California Science Test (CAST). Coronado Village Elementary had 75.94% of students proficient or better in English Language Arts/Literacy, while Silver Strand Elementary had an even higher rate of 79.08%, significantly outpacing the district and state.
