Open Quote Victory Christian School (VCS) is a private Christian school that provides a quality education for students in pre-kindergarten through the 12th grade. VCS is accredited by SACS and AISA. They are a college preparatory High School, a member of AHSAA in the Class A division athletics. VCS has been serving St. Clair County, Jefferson County, and Talladega County since 1984. A ministry of Victory Christian Church, VCS seeks to develop lifelong learners through superior academics, a well-rounded curriculum and a focused emphasis on spiritual growth and Biblical training. My daughter attends the VCS and she has excelled in her academics. SAT test are required every year and her scores are phenomenal. I testify that the 2014 graduating class (approximately 30 students) received over $700,000 in college scholarships. That says a lot! Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
