Open Quote This is the most amazing educational institution for students toddler - 8th grade. I have two children in the program and I am very impressed with the quality of the teachers and the administration. The community of parents is both a wonderful resources and support to our family. I recently attended an alumni night where prior graduates from the 8th grade program return to talk to parents. These confident and creative kids who carry their Montessori learning with them to high school and beyond are evidence of the fine educational experience that these students have at this school. After completing the middle school program they are comfortable with who they are and they know how to approach the world to satisfy their own intellectual curiosity.

We did not plan for our children to attend a private school after preschool. However, after seeing the way children learn in this environment we were persuaded that we could and would do everything in our power to keep our children at MCMS. A montessori classroom is something that must be observed to truly begin to understand. This particular school has been around for 40 years and is a wonderful example Montessori done right. Obviously I cannot say enough great things about the school. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
