Open Quote Now I don’t like writing bad reviews but this is a very bad one. I have been attending this daycare with my son since May 2023. It started out pretty OK and the reason why I chose this daycare is because of the good reviews I started my son at this daycare around the early part of May so my son had came home one day and I usually am that parent that chooses a time to once I’m home to reflect on our day mind you this back in may I will fast forward , because he’s very verbal at three years old at that time I would ask
him how’s schools so he state that someone had pinched his arm or squeezed his arm so I came in question the Center about this incident however in may and I don’t know why I did , I was made to feel like I should not be of concern of my son while in their care so to speak because when I questioned them they said, “I accused them in which a question is not a accusation unless proven guilty” so I let that kind of slide because as good Measure, I give the benefit of doubt to make it better so overall, I think they are working together as one to cover each other because when I I showed concern , they projected that I was being this mad black woman and accusing them of doing things that they didn’t do but knowing psychologically a three-year-old would not make any kind of false accusations unless they seen it or it has been done to them and they seen it over and over so kind of fast forward to September to today I went in to speak with Miss Barbara. She had a look of disgust .I walked in, sat down, Basically what she did was raise her voice and told me at my age of 40 years old to sit down, shut up and listen to her and I am thinking in my mind, This is my concern. Let me voice it, and then you respond after I asked the question she was not hearing IT her and Miss Scarlet are very narcissistic and any concern that a parent comes in be mindful you will be insulted and I’m not saying that this is having to do it race or anything, but from what I seen and what I have observed the opposite race doesn’t have this issue .so last week my son had said that his tailbone was hurting and I asked him what happened and he said well I slipped and fell in the gym so I was never informed about this incident. Secondly, my son says someone scratched him in the face I was never informed about that incident thirdly, a teacher by the name of Miss Rhonda. She’s a older lady with black hair had taken my son’s lunch because he had spilled his milk from what my son had told me she told him that he will eat later and when he came home that day, which was yesterday he was very hungry and thirsty, so when I picked him up at about 545 he was covered in urine.I asked “Miss Scarlet did my son Pee on his self she was like I don’t know” knowing that my son is age appropriate to tell you he has to go to the potty. Good care comes with a little reminder to our little people. This is not the only thing that I’ve heard, but this ball is down to the problem as of now, and I’m expressing this review because for any other mother that decides to take their child to any daycare do your research educate yourself see how they interact with the children because when I left there today I felt more of Ms Barbara had put me out saying that I was done to GET OUT I was really shocked first she defamed my character spoke to me as if I’m not educated and a child and all the while Ms Scarlet was right along instead of mediating without be being biased she didn’t want to hear my concerns anymore because I told her I say I don’t want to call the state because I’m a very forgiving person and I don’t wanna pull the race card because I don’t want to feel like it’s race is the issue when I told her that she put me out she said I’m no longer welcome on her facility so this message is not just for a bad review it is for other single mothers , parents that’s looking to put their child in the hands of anyone that’s going to neglect them and not give them the same care or similar to the care that you give them at home . to be more clear here’s the letter that she wrote when I made my first concern about kicking my son out and attached are the back-and-forth communication through Procare, that I have addressed it back in May and again here in September the same issue just not with the urine only with the squeezing of the arm and just questioning, how is my son no communication through Procare at all and this is not all of the messages but this is the root issue. About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
