Montessori Schools Of Central Texas(Temple Campus)

I worked at this school for a few months. I was absolutely horrified at quite a few things. First of all, we are in the height of a pandemic. Many teachers refused to wear masks unless a parent came in the classroom and it was not enforced by leadership. In fact, the leadership told me directly that Covid was a hoax. The leadership never wore their masks. More than one teacher got Covid and to my knowledge they didn’t tell the parents. They told us not to say anything, even if the parents asked. Covid aside, I watched children with behavioral problems and learning problems completely ignored. I understood going in that the Montessori method was “learn at your own pace” but there were children that were too nervous to ask questions and when I would go to help them I was told “It’s not worth it to help them.” The amount of bullying I saw, was gross and was never addressed except by me. The other teachers told me not to tell the parents unless they ask. For a Christian school, they do not hold very good Christian values.
