Open Quote Family Christian School has been an extreme blessing to our family. They not only provide a superior education for my children, they also love and encourage them throughout each school day. God uses each of the teachers and administrators to help mold my children into what He is calling them to become. They honor and support my husband and myself as we guide them at home. We make a great team. We are also thankful for the small teacher/student ratio so that the teachers can individualize instructional time if my children need such accommodations. If your child(ren) has fallen through the cracks or if you desire a school that allows your child(ren) to flourish in his/her god-given talents, FCS is the place for your family, too. Close Quote

Open Quote Family Christian School has been a God-send for my child and so many others. Their nurturing environment and low student to teacher ratio is a great fit for any student. FCS is a small school but it is accredited through Tennessee Association of Non-Public Academic Schools and it has highly qualified and gifted teachers. You can't really describe how wonderful FCS is you just have to experience it. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
