Evangel Christian Academy

This is a terrible environment for kids. I am deeply sorry that I ever sent my child to this school. Please do not make the mistakes that I made. Do not send your children to this school.
Just look at the numbers for enrollment and teacher student-ratio on this site. Look at the facts because they speak for themselves. Enrollment is decreasing and teacher-student ratio is increasing. This is because the school is awful. Two years ago so many parents pulled their children out of Evangel that the school decided to combine two grades in each class and let some of the teachers and programs go. Enrollment is still decreasing because he school is horrible, people leave, and then the school doesn't have the money to have full sized classes. These are the numbers and they are the obvious facts. The principal sent many emails to parents recently, URGING them to submit early enrollment forms in for next year. He announced that this is because there has been SO MUCH interest in the school and they want to make sure to save your child's place if you plan to have them come back. And if you don't turn in your enrollment form, your child might lose their place at the school.
Later one of the teachers told me that this isn't true. Right now they don't even have enough students enrolled for next year to ensure all of the teachers will even have jobs. So the truth is they are desperately trying to get enough enrollment to make ends meet and keep what little staff they have. But they want the parents to turn in the enrollment forms and want to make them think it's because there is so much interest.

I have all of my children at Evangel Christian Academy. The caring teachers, staff, and administrators truly take time to teach my children. I know my children are safe physically, spiritually, and academically. My children will be at ECA until they graduate!

Both of my children attended Evangel Christian Academy. They have done wonderfully well after graduation. Both have college degrees and one has finished a Master's degree. One of the things that impresses me about the school is that past graduates now have their children in the school.

This school is such a safe environment for my 2 children. They have both completed a year and I am so pleased with all the progress they have made. I love this school and don't plan on removing my children anytime soon.
