Open Quote Best school ever. PDS helped me flourish as a student and the atmosphere is full of learning. At Providence Day School we have a passion for learning. Amazing opportunities for trips out of the country depending on the language you take. Also, each year starting in 4th grade you take a class trip and those are unforgettable. If you can afford the pricy tuition, go for it, if not then I would recommend applying for financial aid, I did.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
