As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote I can not say enough about this school. From the moment my son steps out of the car, he is welcomed with a ," Good morning!" by at least 3 teachers. He feels safe to ask questions and to truly be himself. His teachers push him to strive for his best, while taking the time to get to know him. The class size is identical to a well sought out charter that we transfered from and their talent and development program is tailor made for each child by an amazing, tirelessly working TD teacher. Moving to this school was the best decision we have ever made regarding our child's education and overall well being at school. Close Quote

Open Quote Not good. This schools main concern other that test scores and collecting $ is to have the perfect child. I am all about strict but this is nuts. First off 3 rd grade BEWARE! Few good teachers but one in particular a big bully!!! The administration does nothing about this teacher either she gets away with it. I am not one to write a review but she is terrible in fact parents talk about her constantly, children say how mean she is . Please beware going here and if they are going into 3rd I wish you the best of luck. Hopefully this school realizes that they have some teacher bullies on staff and do a major clean up!!! Open Quote There is little consideration of individual children at this school. The principal says her decisions are "final" and not appealable, though by law, they are. Though touting a tenet of communication, the school does not encourage parental communication. The expectation is the school is always right (you cannot walk to this school, for example, even if you can see the school from your house).

Document all communication when discussing your individual child's needs. Research local and state policies, and ask to see the school's policies in writing.

If your child is not a strong test taker, consider another school. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
