Hello,
I am the pre-k teacher at Concord Christian School.
We are a great school, young and still growing. We have been very blessed to add a new grade and or second class each year.
The pre-k class has 20 students enrolled. Students get a balance of academics, social/free time, and bible study. We use a very phonics based curriculum, which I am proud to say builds strong readers. The students leave my class with a really good reading foundation. We also cover math basics; colors, shapes, counting, patterns, and simple addition and subtraction. Science, art, social studies, music, p.e., and bible studies.

Our staff knows each of the students names and care very much about each family.each morning the teacher pray for the students, families and each other. We are a close group with some of the best teachers I have met. We have a new administrator for the 2011-2012 year, Mr. Mitchell, we are so glad he will be there next year and hopefully many more to come.
Our school is young and still growing. In some ways people see this as a draw back, but the caring staff and academics the students receive are excellent. Come on over and tour our school any time. Thanks and God Bless!-M.S. Close Quote
