As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote Our Twins graduated with the Class of 2016 .... 100 graduation rate, nearly 100 College bound grads. The Principal has created an excellent path for the faculty to follow so the students become HIGH achievers. Our kids say college is extremely easy due to the HS educations via IAM. We and they are very thankful. Close Quote

Open Quote I attend this school as a full time student, and I have one thing to say, the program is amazing. I would attend a high school much worse than this if I didn't attend here, the people are much more focused on education than any other high school. The IB degree one can obtain from the program rivals and trumps any AP load in the state or even the nation. My other friends I keep in touch with are so far behind us in terms of material covered, especially in the languages, History, English, and Science. I would encourage all students to encourage their students to attend, yet the program is as tough as I make it out to be and is not for everyone. The average student is to EXPECT 2 to 3 hours to night, sometimes more. The staff though are not hired because they can coach or some non school related purpose, they are hired because they can teach. Close Quote

Open Quote I am about to be a sophomore at the IAM and there are terrible teachers who dont care if their students learn, it is an easy curriculum, and I have learned nothing during freshman year. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
