Open Quote Please visit your child when you can. Make sure to ask your child how was there day. I have seen children eating alone as punishment . Teachers yelling and talking to children in an unprofessional tone (LOUD) and just nasty. Lead by example .
A teacher did not allow a child to use the bathroom. The child wet her clothes because she was FORCED to hold herself. When the child is asked years from now what was your most wonderful experience in school or worst as 2nd grader thanks to that teacher, what will be her answer? So Sad that someone that a child is suppose to look up to would do this. The teacher admitted she was WRONG !! Lets give her a 🌟.She should be Fired. This child has permission by love ones to walk out of class to use the bathroom. The teacher is unprofessional and a class change is in progress. People always say change the class or change the school. No she has a Right to be teached! AND treated with kidness. The teacher should be the one to LEAVE. This teacher is expecting a child. I wonder what she would do if someone did this to your child?
Shout out to the bus drivers that get the children to school on time.
Shout out to the teacher's that really care.
The lunch personal is very professional. The lunch could use a better menu and not over cooked and served warmer.
The front office personal are also professional.
I wish that more people would do something and say something when you know a child is being mistreated.

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
