Open Quote Hi Everyone,
As a parent I know how important it is to get reviews of a school for your child. My children have been at Town Center for four years. In the beginning, the school met my needs and in fact I was quite happy. However, over the years the quality of the school has lowered substantially. The 2 Yr class is always full of children more than it capacity, including the 3 years old year class with 20 kids to a teacher. Too much! The VPK program is horrible. It was good once, now teachers don’t care. The office staff is good however the director will try to sell you the school at all times to show the school is the very best! They received a quality 5 stars this year, but it’s because they cleaned and moved kids around including mine to show there is less kids to a class and they cleaned the whole school for inspection only. I’ve seen the food/snacks like milk gallons and cheese stay outside without refrigeration. It will be my kids last year this year since they are now going to public school and I have counting the days down. I am so disappointed in this school. They are money hungry as well as field trips are way too expensive! Communication is horrible, in all school events they do not notify you till the day before or the day of. It’s ridiculous. Really think of this school, I’ve seen new parents come in and the director would try to sell and make the school look PERFECT! Not the case. Really look at the small details. They tell all new parents that VPK kids will leave reading, VPK teachers don’t care. The director just uses the same student for proving he knows how to read. My child doesn’t read and hasn’t learned anything. Again, in every school there is PROS and CONS. The school is very family oriented, but over the years the quality is just poor. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
