It is a privilege for my kids to attend SSDS. Beyond the academic excellence, beautiful building and experienced teachers, there is learning grounded in sincerity, warmth and care for the community. There are amazing new and innovative happenings each year. The Early Childhood students are learning to code on computers, the Early Elementary students have the opportunity to take chess and Chinese classes, and there are dedicated areas for imagination to shine, such as the Maker Space. Outside of the class, students visit the elderly and the local theaters. For a parent, the greatest gift is that my kids are both devastated on snow/sick days because they can't go to school and be with their teachers and friends! Very fortunate! Close Quote
