Open Quote Two years ago my husband and I decided that we wanted God to be a part of our childrens educational experience. We chose this school because we felt an instantaneous connection to it the moment we walked in. It is a very structured school and moves somewhat quickly. My children are getting the education we have always longed for. I put my daughter in a public school kindergarten and it was so out of control and anxiety ridden. Now, all 3 of our kids attend Ave Maria, and we are spending our dollars wisely. The parents are amazing, and so involved in the school, their kids, and the educational experience. We love it, and will continue our childrens education there until the end of 8th grade. We love it. Close Quote

Open Quote My child has attended Ave Maria since 2008. We started Kindergarten there and she is in the second grade now. We have had problems at this school. I feel there is too loose an administration and it runs like a sorority house. The parents of the students are amazing, and keep the school moving forward. But, there is a lack of interest in seeing their students grow. I sent my child to Ave Maria with the hopes of having her in a loving and nurturing environment for education and growth. Ave Maria runs no different than any run of the mill public school. I am transferring my child out of Ave Maria after the end of this school year. We are considering either Trinity Lutheran, or Highland's Ranch Christian. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
