As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote My Daughter defended herself after being punched by another girl and got suspended. She went back to school after the suspension and was getting bullied by a group of students boy and girl. The Administration knows according to my daughter and hasn’t called her parents or done anything about it. Close Quote

Open Quote I find it a little unusual that there seems to be more focus on girl's achievements at this school then boys. More encouragement needs to be giving to the boys to help encourage involvement in school activities and especially the Honor Society and student council positions. The honor society is ran by nothing but girls, with the exception to one boy. During the induction ceremony, nearly every accepted student into the Honor Society was a girl, with exception to literally a handful of boys in attendance. This tells me that there is not enough being done to get both genders equally involved throughout the school.

Their band programs are OUTSTANDING and the math and tech education programs seem to be excellent programs as well.

I would like to see the school principal more involved with the schools activities though. I have never seen the Principle at any school functions that I've been to, but I have seen the 8th-Grade Assistant Principle at EVERY event, which is excellent. I've only seen the Principle make one appearance out of the many events that we've attended, and that was the Honor Society Induction Ceremony. 1 1/2 years at this school, and that's the first time I've personally seen the Principle in attendance. About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
