As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote The Principle at this School makes it next to IMPOSSABLE to get an I.E.P for a child. Most of the time She gives you the run around about issues that bother you, and she loves to say "she will call you back", then you never hear back from her! She seems like a nice person, so maybe she's over worked, or the School is underfunded ? I do like the fact that the School is VERY CLEAN. It does have a "click" feel to it ! For the most part My kids have had great teachers,I guess with any School you can find things that BUG you..... I say try the School out, if you don't like it, you can always find a new one. Open Quote This school is pathetic. They do not value the children's safety nor do they protect the children against bullying. The staff that are there before and after school are to insure the safe arrival and departure of the children. This hens are so busy holding up the side of the damn wall and gossiping, they could not tell you the comings and going of your child if they tried. The teachers are very racist and the families of the children that go to this school act like they are retarded. They turn a blind eye on issues. Just because one child went to the school back in the 80's and early 90's when it was lily white does not mean you run the school the same way in 2013. The white way is not the right way. I would not send a pet monkey to this school. Look at what the idiots wrote on the blog on Channel 13 News Website. Well, one thing for sure you can tell who goes to that school by the reaction of the parents. THAT'S WHY YOUR RATING ARE 1.........CLOSE DOWN! Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
