As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote If I could do 0 Stars I would!! The Dean per students is dismissive and could careless about any of those students in that school, she’s there for a paycheck and makes that very clear! With that being said, the bullying at this school has got to be one of the worst we’ve had to experience yet!!! The dean lets other students tell their classmates to go kill themselves and she looks away! After 6 months at this school my entire family needs counseling!! If you can choose another school or can drive to a different school, do so. You won’t regret it, I promise!! Close Quote

Open Quote If you are rich, know the right people and do not need special services, this might be the school for you. However, before you decide to send your children to Falcon Creek MS, visit the Deans office. Please ask to see the "Blue Room" . Demand to see where they will put your child in a timeout. It is a closet, literally! With a file cabinet on one side an old fashion one piece desk in the middle and a file cabinet on the other side. They believe this is a good place to put a child out of the way!

I told them to never put him in that "Room" again and a week later they put him there. He was in there for more than two hours, before they got around to calling me!

I was thrown out of the school for what they called threatening them. I told the truth. I was calm and quiet, but in tears. My husband would have been screaming at them for what they did. That is exactly what I said. And the Deans response was, you don't want to go there, you do not want to threaten the school district. My point, I'd rather deal with a rational crying woman, than a loud screaming man. They treated all of us like criminals! We are not! And I never made a threat. It's a fact!

They expect my child back after the suspension. I said not to count on it. The Dean remarked, maybe this isn't the place for your child after all. Of course, now that October count week is over and they received their money for the year!

Honestly, it is a closet! If I had seen it sooner is what I keep telling myself!

Please visit the "Blue Room" before you ever send your child to Falcon Creek.
No matter if you have an angel, an average child or a child needing more services, this is not the way to treat any child! If we as parents put our kids in a closet for a timeout, we would be arrested! Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
