As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote My child attends the preschool (developmental) at this school so the review is for preschool and it's pretty much a joke. If you expect your child to actually prepare for kindergarten or learn anything, don't get your hopes up. They don't even teach them how to write their name or work on letters! The teacher has not been teaching long and you can definitely tell. She doesn't have her stuff together and just seems so unprepared and overwhelmed everytime single time I've seen her. My child tells me how other kids get hurt pretty much every day and "they don't get in trouble". "So and so punched so and so and he didn't have to say sorry " . I great that an the time. the students aren't even protected from the kids who are physically aggressive and have behavior issues . It's scary! I don't really even feel safe with my kid here anymore. I was on campus one day, and walked by the playground, all the kids were up on the jungle gym running around (high up) all the while the teacher is talking to the 2 assistants across the playground completely unaware of the kids . Not paying a bit of attention. I was floored! There was an incident in which my child came home with a huge red/scrape mark and the teacher never even took my child to the nurse to be looked at. Nor did they even let me know he was hurt at school. The teacher does the bare minimum, that's for sure. They claim to provide "healthy" snacks when in reality it's just cheap junk food. The only reason I keep my kid here is because he's receiving services and it's the school in my neighborhood that provides "services". If you have the choice, don't send your child here! And definitely don't pay for this preschool if you don't have to! Your welcome Close Quote

Open Quote Overcrowded, 32 children in each grade 5 class. Bullying, bad language, terrible behavior problems and no discipline. Children were actually twerking on desks during class. No policies in place to deal with such issues. No respect for other students or teachers. My child's teacher told me, "I can't help anymore". Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
